Our CEO is Rick Anderson - a Certified Pedorthist for more than 12 years.
He completed the Certification process in 1992. This is a specialized field
focused on patient lower extremity assessment and orthotic evaluation
and manufacturing. Since 1992 Rick has literally made thousands of Foot
ORTHOTICS for Podiatrists, Orthotists, Therapists and Pedorthists.
From 1975 to 1992 Rick was involved in sales and operations of a large
shoe store chain. This experience has been invaluable to him in the
creation of custom ORTHOTICS. His knowledge of footwear has enabled
him to design products that will fit and function in the patient's shoes.
Rick uses his knowledge and training daily to provide intense attention
to every detail in the care of your patient. He personally guarantees that
every pair of ORTHOTICS created at Marathon Orthotics Inc. ® will be
hand-crafted with the utmost care. He is always available to you, the

Rick loves to fish, and named Marathon Orthotics Inc.® after Marathon
Key in Florida where he takes an annual fishing trip.
This year Rick and a friend caught large grouper - from 60# all the way
up to a 500# Goliath Grouper! He always loves to talk fishing - so call him
with your fish stories.
OUR BUSINESS MANAGER-is Jackie Anderson (lots of Andersons in
Minnesota). Jackie brings years of customer service, quality assurance,
and business background to Marathon and will happily work with you on
your specific business needs.
