Become a Client

We would like to thank you for your interest in Marathon Orthotics, Inc. If you are interested in becoming a client, our typical process is as follows:

Please call our office or fill out our Request for Information Form and we will send you an Information Packet which will include all of our catalogs, order forms, and prepaid mailing labels.

If you would like to send an order right away, you can also download our order forms and prepaid labels right here on our website.

After filling out the appropriate order form (s), please use the enclosed prepaid mailing labels to ship us your first order.

Once your order has been received, you will receive an account number and be mailed customized prescription order forms. We will also call to welcome you aboard, and answer any questions you may have.

Your orders will be shipped back to you for FREE via UPS® (or USPS® if you prefer). We provide free shipping on all custom orthotic orders to and from our lab. We also offer free Minneapolis/St. Paul area delivery.

Invoicing Procedures

An invoice will be included with shipment/delivery of your finished product (this can be mailed or emailed separately at your request).

Statements will be mailed on the first of each month listing all open invoices with aging.

Terms are Net 30 days from the invoice date.

Invoices past due more than 45 days are subject to a finance charge.

Accounts with past due amounts more than 60 days old will be put on Credit Hold.

Invoices can be emailed by request.

Payment Methods

We like to make paying your invoices as easy as possible. We are here to work with you to implement procedures that are convenient for you.

We accept checks – please include your account number on your check.

We also accept all major credit cards. We can charge your card on the first of each month, or only when you authorize us to. It’s up to you! Please call our office to establish credit card payment.
