ACCOMMODATIVE ORTHOTICS Accommodative Orthotics ·Accommodative Foot Orthotics are not just used for Diabetics. We have been making various types of accommodative orthotics for many of the same pathologies that functional orthotics are prescribed for. ·In the ''Image Gallery'' tab below, you will find images of our excellent color selection of various shell, mid-layer, bottom cover, and top cover materials. ·Interestingly enough, most of the orthotics we have produced for professional athletes have been accommodative. ·The fact of the matter is that Accommodative Orthotics are extremely comfortable. ·They have been used very succesfully to treat patients with Plantar Fasciitis, Posterior Tibial Tendon Dysfuction (PTTD), Excessive Pronation and off loading any area of the foot for years now. ·The Orthotists, Prosthetists, and Pedorthists of the world have known this quiet little secret for a long time. All it takes is an Orthotic Lab that knows how to make them properly. And that's where we come in. ·The first three tabs to the right explain in some detail accommodative foot orthotics that have been highly successful in the past. These are proven patterns. ·We also make a number of very comprehensive diabetic orthotics. They range from very durable for the active or heavy patient to very soft. We are experts at making orthotics for charcot deformities, Trans-Metatarsal, and toe amputations. ·We also offer a very effective Medicare compliant diabetic 3-Pair for the Medicare Theraputic Shoe Bill. SADMERC reviewed. Note ·None of our orthotics, Functional or Accommodative, are made using a computer system. We make all of our Orthotics the old fashioned way, ie. pouring casts and vacuum forming materials over a positive cast. This time tested method gives us great flexibility in material choice and methods of manufacturing. ·Just like with our custom functional devices, you can add met pads, cutouts, fore foot and rear foot varus or valgus posting, reverse Morton's extensions, soft Morton's extensions, any number of cushion combinations, heel lifts, etc. all at NO EXTRA CHARGE. |
