DUPLICATES Duplicates ·Marathon Orthotics often duplicates worn or broken orthotics by creating a cast from the old orthotic. This is often a more attractive option than recasting for the patient seeking a second pair. ·Since we guarantee our functional (plastic) shells against breakage, we provide this replacement at no charge (as long as Marathon Orthotics produced the original orthotic). ·Sometimes a patient wishes to remake an orthotic made by another lab. Marathon Orthotics will duplicate an existing orthotic not made 'in house' for the price of a new pair. ·This policy also applies when a patient simply wants another pair of orthotics exactly like their existing pair. This is also done for the price of a new pair. |
