QUALITY CONTROL Quality Control ·The quality control department takes great care in completing a final inspection of all of our products before shipment and delivery. ·All aspects of the orthotic are examined to ensure they are exactly what the prescribing practitioner ordered and that the workmanship is of the highest quality. ·Our Quality Control Inspectors carefully doublecheck to insure the finished orthotic matches the prescription submitted. Materials, add-ons, specialty items, size, placement of met pads or cutouts - we look for it all. ·We want both the medical practicioner and the patient to be extremely pleased with our final product. ·Within 6 months of shipping your patient's orthotic, we will be happy to make adjustments, change the top cover, add met pads...whatever you feel will make your patient more comfortable. ·Within this 6 month period there are no charges for any changes. At Marathon Orthotics we take great pride in our work, and any product that is less than exceptional is completely unacceptable. |
